We have many naturally grown Beautyberry bushes here and pick beautiful Beautyberries at their peak, usually around October 8th. made with only beautyberry juice, sugar and pectin, and water-bath canned in 8 ounce jars. We also have Blueberries and make blueberry jam with whole berries smashed with sugar and pectin and water-bath canned in 8 ounce jars.
