We are a small family farm raising hormone free, antibiotic free hogs, never using growth hormones, antibiotics, vaccines. Once the meat is processed and packaged (by a USDA inspected facility)we never allow any nitrates, MSG, color or water added to any of our products. We also sell whole hogs! The products that will be available for market shoppers can range from ground pork, bratwurst (3 flavors), roasts, ribs, hocks, pork chops, tenderloin, even fresh lard and lots more!
